Dany Thibault has made the Palm Beaches his home since 1998. During this time he established Boulevard Gourmet Catering as one of South Florida’s most dependable, creative and versatile caterers.
A graduate of L'Ecole d'Haute Cuisine in Lyons, France and the Cordon Bleu School in Sydney, Australia, Dany’s devotion to exceptional quality and excellent service is unrivalled. His colourful, international menus reflect more than 20 years of experience in catering all over the world.
Whether it’s catering movie sets in South Florida, national rugby team dinners in Australia or cocktail parties for New York’s most prestigious designers, Dany always adds a unique flare to any and every event.
